About this job
Our well established and highly regarded Employment and Skills service is looking for someone with excellent knowledge and experience of supporting a wide variety of residents into construction based sustainable employment with a proven track record in the welfare to work industry. We would particular welcome applications from those that have experience of in work support the construction sector and placing candidates in roles based within it. We need someone who has a creative approach to solving problems and developing innovative ways of responding to complex barriers.
You will be working across the network of Work and Skills locations, building good relationships with your colleagues and understanding residents needs whilst engaging with some of the hardest to reach groups.
You will not be afraid of working in a fast paced, target driven environment that has ever changing priorities to coincide with local government and externally funded requirements. Experience of working to meet all stages of project delivery including providing comprehensive IAG, complying with specific project eligibility and quality standards requirements and offering extensive in work support once placed.
A high level of IT is a must along with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to a variety of duties.
