We are recruiting for a Construction Support Officer to provide administration support to the Construction Support Team Leader and regional delivery teams. This full time, 12 month fixed term position is based at our office in Coventry.
We are looking for someone who has excellent administration skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. While it is not essential that you have had previous experience within this sector before, written and verbal communication skills are essential and experience of planning and working to deadlines will also be beneficial. Training on our systems and the company will be provided.

Responsibilities will include -
- Completing and submitting documentation for the works in the public highway
- Printing, copying and scanning documents
- Booking hotels, train tickets and securing parking
- Raising purchase orders on the finance system
- Ensuring all accidents and incidents are correctly reported
- Updating and maintaining the companies database
