Working Foreman - Residential Building
Ipswich area
£16.00 to £19.00 per hour (PAYE) and more for subcontractor

We are recruiting on behalf of a building contractor working on high end residential projects covering new build, refurbishments and extensions. Projects are typically £250k-£750k in value. You will be overseeing a team of trades to complete projects from strip-out and groundwork to finish.
You may be an experienced Foreman or an experienced Carpenter or Bricklayer ready to take a step up in your career. Holding SSSTS or SMSTS would be an advantage, however assistance can be supplied to gain this qualification for the right person.
Sites are typically within a 10 to 15 mile radius of Ipswich and the surrounding villages.

Employed or subcontractor roles available
£16.00-£19.00 per hour plus package (employed permanent contract) dependent on experience
£21.00-£23.00 per hour subcontractor, guaranteed 5 days per week
Working Monday to Friday, typically 40-45 hour weeks.
28 days holiday including bank holidays for employed positions
