Job description
We are looking for an experienced site supervisor to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring projects are delivered to clients, on program and to budget.
- Working with all teams from the;
- QS and design team in the office.
- The workshop foreman on production.
- Managing sub-contractors on site.
- Directly liaising with our clients, suppliers and local building authorities.
- Ensure all works are in accordance with current H&S regulations.
- Site inspections.
- Delivering on-site toolbox talks, site inductions and project briefings.
- Computer literacy is essential: Candidates must be competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Ability to show understanding of Local Authority legislation, planning applications and building regulations.
Ideal training requirements:
- CSCS Card – Management
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- CPCS Lift Supervisor
- Full UK driving licence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £18,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
