We're looking for a young, organised individual to join our fantastic team in Ebbw Vale!
· Job Title: Site/Safety Supervisor
· Location: Ebbw Vale
· Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (+ Bonuses)
· Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday – 0730-1700
Experience:
- Site Supervisor: 2 years (desired but not essential)
- Health and Safety training (desired but not essential)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required)
Key responsibilities will include:
· Managing health and safety on site, including the preparation of RAMS
· Organising labour, and plant
· Supervision of onsite works
· Manage small works orders
· Raising issues which may impact the program or budget in a timely manner
· Completion of work sheets and other documents as required
· Support the wider senior management team with their requests
Requirements
· Genuine interest in Health and Safety
· Two years’ experience in a supervisory construction role
· SSSTS
· Good communication and people skills
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
· Good problem-solving skills
· Good organisation skills
· Full driving licence
· Good IT skills – competent user of Excel, Word etc

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
