Job description
We are a highly respected, well-established building and construction group, based in London SW13, undertaking residential refurbishment and construction projects - with a particular emphasis on high-end residential refurbishment work, - mainly in SW and West London.
We are looking for a Site Manager who:-
- understands the complexities of domestic building projects up to £3m, including loft conversions, extensions, full refurbishments, and high-end bespoke refurbishments;
- can co-ordinate a team of various trades involved in refurbishment projects, and has proven experience of this;
- has the ability to manage both clients & site operatives effectively;- will work collaboratively with our project management team;
- will act as a working site supervisor as / when needed.
Preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate skills, high standards of work, will have proven experience of effective client liaison and of product procurement, and will be accustomed to adhering to project schedules.
Own equipment and transport.
Applicants should be willing to undergo background screening including checks with previous employers and a Basic DBS check if they are successful.
