Concept Bespoke interiors ltd are a high end residential main contractor based in west London.

We are seeking an experienced site/floor manager to work with & alongside our site team at one of our largest projects to date, the project consists of a luxury refurbishment to 47 apartments with two new build penthouses based off high street Kensington.

Duties on this project will include

• Oversee contractors installations over a multi unit development
• Oversee QA process to enable Trade to trade handovers
• Compile outstanding works and snagging schedules and track to completion
• Manage a in house team of guys to carry out any enabling works for sub contractor works and maintain house keeping
• Ensure good quality control across all facets of the project
• Assess RAMS as and when required

Requirements

• Taking ownership of a number of floors from 1st fix to completion
• Good use of hands on management skills
• Ability to articulate emails in a manner that are short and to the point when necessary
• Work within a larger site management team to co-ordinate multiple work faces
• Confident to lead site meetings with sub-contractors to co-ordinate works
• Ensure good quality control across all facets of the project
• Good H&S awareness and a pro active attitude to implement company policies
• Ability to plan and set targets in order to track and maintain programme milestones
• Understand technical drawings
• Ability to transfer information from drawings to setting out onsite
• Strong construction knowledge/background
• Confident with problem solving to produce efficient solution
