Construction Project Manager London, England
Job description
We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of a medium-sized development. The successful candidate is able to coordinate and direct the activities of workers and consultants, follow design plans and meet deadlines. The Construction Project Manager will be in charge of overseeing all aspects of a project from beginning to completion. This person will coordinate with designers, builders and subcontractors to ensure that the project is finished on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee development.
- Manage the project budget and expenses.
- Resolve conflicts or schedule changes that arise.
Job Types: Full-time, 12-month Fixed Contract with the possibility to extend.
Salary: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8-5pm.
Qualifications
- Experienced construction and project manager
- Strong organizational and project management skills
