About the role
Before we commence with the delivery of every landmark building we’re involved in, comes a stage of in depth technical and cost reviews where our Pre-Construction team are busy collating information, compiling the best design solutions, de-risking project delivery and producing quality technical data.
We’re looking for a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy, who wants to effectively facilitate the best performance and outputs of the entire Pre-Construction team. Reporting to our Pre-Construction Associate, you will work closely with all members to be the ‘oil in the cogs’ for this fast paced team.
Taking ownership for calendars and meeting arrangements, following up and executing on goals and deadlines and compiling key data and reports – these are just some of your responsibilities along with the opportunity to improve processes and centralise tasks to streamline workflow as you evolve in the role!
This is a full time position, Mon-Fri with the option for hybrid working. The ability to travel to our Chelmsford office as required 2/3 days a week will help facilitate training and ongoing development.
Includes 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
Experience/Training required for the role
- Minimum 3 years experience in a demonstrably similar role, within an office environment.
- Some experience in the Construction industry and/or project business model experience would be desirable
- Minimum 1 year experience working with InDesign software, and highly IT literate.
