£200-£250 per day (Inside IR35)
If you're a Construction Manager with a strong M&E or Energy management background looking for an interesting new contract that will look good on any portfolio we have the project for you.
Our client is the principle contractor who's working on a green tech (heat pumps) implementation project on a College in Livingston and are looking for an independent Construction Manager to rollout the installation of Heat Pumps/new glazing in the hopes to make the building more efficient so, a background in M&E and energy efficiency works would be beneficial.
Day to day we would be looking for someone on site 5 days a week, overseeing the project in line with budgets and timeframes.
This project is well underway and has an estimated timeframe of 12 weeks with the possibility to extend with the client on other assignments.
