Job Description
We are looking for 2X experienced builders to join our team on a permanent basis. Working on sites which require building lofts, extensions, new builds and refurbishment.
You will be required to be able to read and understand plans and adhere to these as specified. You will need to be able to lead a team to completion of projects. You will have experienced support to hand and work to a budget and timeline suitable for each project.
Responsibilities and Duties
Read and understand plans
Prepare for works to begin
lead a small team of workers to complete the project
Liaise directly with the directors to coordinate tradesmen and project progression
Qualifications and Skills
experienced background in general building essential. If you have limited experience please do not apply for this position.
Benefits
The rate of pay will reflect the level of work required and the experience of the individual delivering this to be discussed with the directors on application.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £150- £180 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Saturday

8 years builder prefferred
