J. Moraga Construction, Inc. is searching for General Laborers/Driver, Equipment Operators, and Underground Utility Locators to join our team. We are looking to find eager individuals to help us finish out the year and build many more a successful ones to come. As a family owned business, who is expanding to the Los Angeles area, we need a well-rounded and motivated employee to assist and guide our crews as we strive for excellence and expect that of all our employees. While we do not require experience, it is preferred that applicants have some experience in any general labor. For those with experience in operating construction equipment or locating underground utilities, please make sure to reference that on your resume or during time of interview.
The position is full-time. Compensation will be based on experience and skill-set.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional self-management, organization, and communication skills
- Applicants must excel in safety, working collaboratively and effectively with the ability to adapt to work conditions, including but not limited to all types of weather
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds to your waist, raise 20 pounds over your head and climb 10 stairs
- Must have knowledge of the basic procedures and some experience in underground construction and excavation
- Must have a valid CA driver’s license
- Experience is preferred, but not required
