Job description
We're looking for a skilled operative to join our residential construction company, who has general experience in residential projects and has a valid driving licence. If your ambitious, have pride in your work, always looking to better yourself, and are looking to join a team of people who all have a similar approach, then please read below.
Responsibilities
- Various labouring roles across residential building sites to include all aspects of a build from start to finish.
- Maintaining site cleanliness and keeping a tidy site.
- Assistant trades with various aspects of works.
- Driving company vehicles when required to do so.
- Receiving on deliveries and store appropriately on site.
Requirements and must haves
- At least 3 years experience on construction sites.
- Interest in a career within the construction industry.
- A positive attitude towards work and others around you.
- Able to work as a team, under supervision from others.
- Must have a UK driving licence.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Ambitious and wanting to better yourself within the industry.
Additional Information
- Full time hours are 0730-1700, Mon - Fri. (45 hours a week)
- Travel paid on projects over 30minutes. (each way)
- 28 days holiday allowance.
- Paid fortnightly.
- Subcontractor employment option if preferred.
