Job description

We're looking for a skilled operative to join our residential construction company, who has general experience in residential projects and has a valid driving licence. If your ambitious, have pride in your work, always looking to better yourself, and are looking to join a team of people who all have a similar approach, then please read below.

Responsibilities

• Various labouring roles across residential building sites to include all aspects of a build from start to finish.
• Maintaining site cleanliness and keeping a tidy site.
• Assistant trades with various aspects of works.
• Driving company vehicles when required to do so.
• Receiving on deliveries and store appropriately on site.

Requirements and must haves

• At least 3 years experience on construction sites.
• Interest in a career within the construction industry.
• A positive attitude towards work and others around you.
• Able to work as a team, under supervision from others.
• Must have a UK driving licence.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Ambitious and wanting to better yourself within the industry.

Additional Information

• Full time hours are 0730-1700, Mon - Fri. (45 hours a week)
• Travel paid on projects over 30minutes. (each way)
• 28 days holiday allowance.
• Paid fortnightly.
• Subcontractor employment option if preferred.
