Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that newly constructed or renovated buildings are cleaned thoroughly and ready for occupancy. Your duties will include removing debris, dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and ensuring that all areas are sanitized and safe for occupancy.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of newly constructed or renovated buildings
- Remove debris and dispose of waste materials properly
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including walls, floors, and ceilings
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Vacuum carpets and sweep floors
- Ensure that all areas are sanitized and free of hazards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in post-construction cleaning preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: $18.00-$26.34 per hour
