A great opportunity has arisen for a Buyer to join a well-established, growing Property Develper and construction Company in for our project in Langley , Slough
Buyer will be based at our Langley project so along with buying constrcution material he will be resposible for maiantance of Health and safety paperwork and helping site manager in day to day activities .
. The company is specialied in building our own multy strorey flats for built to rent basis only .
. The successful Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and procuring materials, equipment, for construction projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Buyer Position Overview • Focus on the project budgets • Placing daily orders • Material and equipment sourcing • Vendor Negotiation • Purchasing and Ordering • Cost control • Supplier relationship management • Contract management • Quality Assurance • Project Coordination • Compliance and Documentation • Run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial .
We require minium 3 years experence in buying of construction material .

Salary: £32,000.00-£40,431.00 per year
