About You
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit Conference Service Assistants to work with us to service our events into the University. If you are an enthusiastic individual who is well presented and committed to providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. You’ll be organised and self-motivated with the ability to communicate with colleagues and clients. Ideally, you’ll have experience working in a fast-paced conference and events environment but it’s not essential. Full training will be provided.
Our working hours
We operate over 4 campuses, 7 days a week so a flexible approach to working hours, and location, is essential.
We are recruiting Conference Service Assistant positions on a zero hour’s contract basis. These roles support peak periods in our events operations across NTU campuses. This includes some evening and weekend shifts and there are no fixed or guaranteed hours for these posts and schedules of work vary. Hours are flexible and with some instances of working at City, Clifton, Brackenhurst and Mansfield campuses.
If you have queries about this role, please contact Abi Middleham, Operations Team Manager ([email protected]) or James Birtles, Duty Manager ([email protected])
Interview dates w/c 27 march and w/c 3 April
