We are currently recruiting for a Conference and Events Assistant at Ettington Park Hotel.
Ettington Park Hotel is a 4 Red Star Hotel. It is a popular wedding and leisure stay destination and has a 2 AA Fine Dining Rosette restaurant. The hotel has a swimming pool and one treatment room.

This full time position involves working at least 40 hours per week plus any overtime paid. You will work a variety of shifts including earlies from 7am to 3:30pm, Lates from 3pm - 11:30pm and include weekends as these tend to be the busiest days.
Applicants will be required to be fully flexible with regards to the hours and shifts that they can work.
This is an operational role in which you will interact with our guests and team members on a daily basis - whether it’s a conference, private dining event or a wedding you’ll play a vital part from start to finish (including the all-important set up and clear downs), while always keeping a cool head. The ecstatic faces of our guests as they “thank you for all your help!” will be a regular highlight to your working week.
About you:
- Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role and ideally within a fine dining restaurant or wedding venue
- You’ll be a team player with bags of enthusiasm and a big smile
- You’ll take pride in your appearance, and proud to be the face of Hand Picked
- You’ll be a stickler for hygiene and be able to demonstrate best practice
- You’ll feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, positive and proactive manner
