The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is looking for an motivated Conference and Events Waiter/ Waitress to join our fantastic Conference and Banqueting Team on a full time basis!
We are looking for a passionate individual wanting to deliver a first-class experience at the world leading hospitality company Portsmouth Marriott Hotel located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower has a range of amenities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fitness centre.

What you’ll be doing as a Conference and Events Waiter/Waitress..
- Prepare coffee breaks, carts and stations with appropriate supplies
- Organize tables, action stations, buffets, and carts for service
- Communicate any additional meal requirements or special requests to the kitchen
- Ensure courses are properly cleared and crumbed in a timely fashion
- Manage the presentation of tableware so that it is accessible for the guests
- Monitor cleanliness and proper sanitization of tables, stations and service areas
