Job description
- Collaborate with clients to understand the meetings and events requirements, goals and develop detailed event plans and timelines.
- Manage and mentor a team of event coordinators and support staff, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders and operational employees to deliver a consistent 5-star quality of service.
- Build a strong relationship with wider Sodexo events teams, new and existing customers, and service providers.
- Actively seek and identify opportunities for business growth within the contract, and with external stakeholders.
- Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day operation activities and appropriate governance of event and conferencing activities.
- You will have experience of large-scale conference and events operations management.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
- A creative flair to develop engaging communications through a wide range of tools and channels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work with people at all levels.
