Concierge - LOC
Location - LOC, Harley Street, London
Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week covering various shifts between 0700 and 2100, Monday- Sunday

About the Role
There is an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join the LOC. This role is vital in providing Concierge service to all departments, staff, patients, consultants and visitors to the facility as required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide a concierge service that offers a professional, prompt and courteous service to its users.
- Delivery/collection of mail, medications and other items as requested
- Address all visitors with the courtesy and politeness expected of a 5 star service provider
- Facilitate the safest and best possible patient journey
- Ensure consultants rooms are clearly labelled with consultants names.
- Assist patients to their vehicles and with their luggage
- Have extensive knowledge of the geography and services available of the site
- Understand the needs of all visitors and tailor the service accordingly
- Express empathy & understanding when dealing with issues
- Promote collaborative relationships with other departments and third parties
- Maintain up to date knowledge on any changes that will influence a patient journey
- Covering different areas and buildings within the department
- To be fully compliant in relation to information security processes
- To ensure the outside of the Hospital premises are maintained in a clean and tidy state at all times.
- Work to the department's key performance indicators and objectives are met in line with the hospital objectives
- To establish and maintain a close working relationship with all departments that have a bearing on the functions on the Concierge.
- Parking of consultants cars
Skills and Experience
- Previous Concierge experience is essential
- A full UK driver's license is desired
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- Good general level of education
- IT Literate with strong keyboard skills
- Extensive knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
