Job Description:
The Data Concierge Analyst is responsible for reporting on Human Resources information within Workday and produces statistical summaries and special reports. The Analyst enables the maintenance of data integrity and ensures the most efficient and cost-effective systems and applications. The Analyst may assist in the development of systems specifications, design and development from the end user perspective and continually monitors HR information needs to meet changing requirements.
Specific Responsibilities of this position:
- Serves as the first point of contact and request response owner for all HR data reporting inquiries
- Assists customers with understanding the HR system and how to understand and use HR data in their use cases
- Owner/facilitator of the HR Data and HR reporting requests for the HR case management system
- Primary builder/creator of new or modified Workday reports with Subject Matter Expertise in Workday reporting
- Responsible for the quarterly report audit process
- Acts as a thought partner for others trying to use or understand HR data and reporting including within Qlik dashboarding
- Translates business problems into analytical questions that you will scope, define variable terms, build, and create or modify HR data reports to address
- Assists with the development of analytics dashboards that visualize data in a way that encourages interpretation for non-technical audiences
- Conducts ad-hoc analysis and reporting to identify trends and patterns
- Creates quick reference training/tools for users of HR data and reporting.

- Assists with the development of HR Data and Reporting Training for a variety of customers, systems knowledge, and collaboration across all teams.

Required
Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience:
Two years relevant data reporting experience
- An understanding of HR and HR related data/processes
- Demonstrated experience with highly sensitive data
- Past knowledge and experience with Workday reporting
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $68,000-75,000. Preference will be given to applications received by July 27, 2023. The successful candidate will pass a background check.

Physical Demands:
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
