Job description

The warm welcome from our Front of House Reception team determines the first impressions our clients and visitors have of our clients’ business. The role of the Welcome Host/Concierge is to deliver an exceptional customer experience for all internal and external customers visiting the corporate facilities ensuring that all activity delivered is of the highest standard. The role is defined the by Portico values: Love, Immersive and Experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and orientate all incoming guests upon arrival promptly and efficiently, offering assistance where required
  • Ensure all procedures are followed, with regards to the bank’s security system (Check ID system) for all staff and visitors to the building
  • Support the front of house team hosts and the Property team with a flexible approach at all times
  • Work efficiently and adhere to all company and local procedures and instruction
  • Greet customers in a polite and professional manner at all times in order to consistently deliver the crown service expected by the bank
  • Offer a polite and courteous service to clients and staff, responding to ad-hoc requests to maintain the company and client reputation
  • Take ownership of client requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure knowledge of the executives is up-to-date at all times
  • Ensure correct signing in and out procedures are followed
  • Take and rely messages (via handover sheets) accurately to ensure excellent communication across all shifts
  • Maintain world-class communication between Client Support Hosts, Meeting room booking team, Reception and guests

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £27,750.00 per year
