Job description
One of our well known Property management clients are looking for a permanent Concierge/ Security guard who is reliable, presentable and has good social skills. Working in Bishopsgate - EC3A This is not a desk job. You will be on your feet most of the day.
- 90% of the role is out on the street in all weathers.
- During the year they close for 8 weeks middle of Aug 23 this is went they expect to be hands on
- 200 tenants and 300 tenants around the area
- Take the post to the tenants
- Directing visitors
- Will expect them to assist at the door when events take place will need to finish late could be 1am
- On average up to 1 event per week
- Late shift will always have to say on to lock up this could be around 1am
- Hours: Shifts Monday to Friday (6.30am-2.30pm / 10.30am-6.30pm) plus some evening and weekend overtime.
- 40 hours per week plus overtime
- 3 or 4 weekends per year. 1 Sunday per year. 1 late finish per week
- Undertake messenger duties
- Escort visitors and contractors on estate
- To support with moving furniture, event set up, etc
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
