We are currently seeking an experienced Concierge to be the welcoming face of our hotel and assist the Front Office and Reception team predominantly over Friday, Saturday and Sunday and peak business periods. Our ideal candidate has worked in a similar type property and will thrive on the successful running of this iconic 4 Star hotel.

The Role:
As our Concierge you will report directly to the Front Office Manager and will deliver formidable service to our guests. The successful candidate will therefore need to be guest focussed, communicative and have a proven sucessful record excelling in customer service. Most importantly, you will have a positive, driven attitude and confidence to welcome our guests within the Lobby.
Key Tasks will involve the following:
· To be aware of every guest arriving at the front of the Hotel, and greet each accordingly and offer assistance with their luggage when appropriate.
· Help guests and diners with directions around the city and the Hotel and any general enquiries and issue brochures where appropriate.
· To be aware of hotel facilities, opening times and availability.
· To be aware of local parking facilities and hotel arrangements for guest parking.
· To be aware of taxis ordered, carry guests’ luggage to the waiting vehicle and open car doors for them.
· To label guests’ luggage fully and store correctly and securely.
· To ensure safe passage and arrival in the lobby, ensuring guests have unobstructed access to the Hotel and acting appropriately to weather conditions.
· To be fully aware of functions taking place within the Hotel on a daily basis and to greet and direct each accordingly.
· To ensure that the lobby and front entrance is clean at all times.
