Are you a Junior Technical Analyst who is looking for a new challenge? Perhaps a role with clearer career progression into a Technical Analyst role, or a Senior Technical Analyst? Or perhaps even training to go into Business Analysis, Project Management or Systems Analysis? If so, we would LOVE to hear from you!
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to support and enhance to core technical infrastructure, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting the server and core infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities of this role include:
- Actively participating and contributing in Infrastructure Team meetings
- Providing support to 1st and 2nd line engineers and training where necessary
- Taking ownership and responsibility for diagnosing, solving and managing complex issues
- Maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting the server and core infrastructure
- Actively operating either as part of a group or on your own with new installations and large projects
- Communicating clearly and effectively in written and verbal form with customers, colleagues and suppliers on all technical and non-technical levels. Communication is an absolute key to all roles within the company and to be able to think ahead and plan whilst keeping all stakeholders up to date.
