This education group is a leader in the space and provides an extremely reliable service throughout the UK. Data and particularly CRM is becoming increasingly important, and so they have recently grown out the team!
THE ROLE
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Support the team across acquisition and retention
- Ensure that all the segmentations are in place
- Optimise and automate triggers
- Own the data structure and campaign track and web analytics
- Look at optimising campaign effectiveness
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Be an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (no certificate necessary)
- SQL is a nice to have
- Experience across the full customer lifecycle is great
- The ability to build queries and automations is a must have
