We are seeking Customer Support Specialists to support a federal contract. This is a 100% remote opportunity and can be performed from anywhere in the continental United States. Employees will be responsible for creating a suitable work environment in their home another secure area for work purposes. The client will provide Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) necessary to execute the mission.



  • Perform help desk operations: call tracking, documentation, and service requests
  • Immediately respond to users requesting assistance by telephone or email, and record and validate customer's contact information
  • Ensure technical problems are clearly defined with a precise description of the problem being encountered; technical terms spelled out, so they can be easily understood by either functional/technical analysts or business process owners who may be called upon to investigate the problem
  • Provide password resets
  • Perform initial system diagnosis and resolution or reassign to appropriate Salesforce queue for resolution
  • Track Salesforce tickets to resolution and notify user when resolved
  • Record problem resolution and receive confirmation from the customer of resolution
  • Support the customer with data analysis regarding trends and possible enhancements gathered through standard help desk call operations
  • Provide continuous improvement and enhancements to the customer’s technical support process
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Public Trust security clearance or be eligible to obtain
  • Bilingual Spanish skills (desired)
  • High school diploma with 0-4 years of IT experience
  • ITIL 4 Certification (desired)
  • Good knowledge of Internet Explorer: deep familiarity with Active X Control, browser connectivity settings, metro and desktop browsers, privacy settings and security zones
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products; create file security, read-only / files from an untrusted location, and troubleshoot outlook problems
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to accurately follow procedures and instruction

If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. Must have hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
