This role is based in our Gibraltar office where we have a hybrid policy of 1 day working from home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will be responsible for supporting the compliance team in monitoring compliance with UK and Gibraltar regulations in the area of all marketing, promotions, social media, promotional terms and conditions, TV commercials and affiliate partners.
- Work closely with the Compliance Manager and other Compliance Officers to manage the marketing compliance function and ensure on time, high quality delivery for all promotional L&C initiatives.
- Support the affiliate compliance and monitoring function and ensure accurate records are kept.
- Review new and existing affiliates websites as part of the onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes using monitoring software and maintaining accurate records of reviews conducted.
- Highlight instances of non-compliance to affiliate managers and record actions and decisions taken.
- Keep track of due dates, actions and required timelines to ensure timely completion of requirements.
- Deliver high quality L&C analysis and support for all brands.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience within a customer service role
- Some knowledge of the compliance and regulatory environment, with particular focus on UK and Gibraltar remote gambling regulations in relation to marketing compliance.
- Compliance qualification and equivalent related work experience would be an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in prior roles in relation to marketing and advertising compliance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to deliver messages clearly and confidently at all levels.
- A team player who shows respect and values the views of others.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach, always willing to support various areas of team workload and prioritize accordingly.
