The Role
You will be communicating with our candidates and clients, spending time on the phone understanding their needs, dealing with both inbound and outbound calls; as well as managing the collection of data and documentation onto our internal database. You will be creating and monitoring candidate files and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Calls
- Front line customer service
- Collecting the data and documentation of candidates
- Complete a file of compliant documentation
- Negotiate with candidates to obtain documentation in agreed timescales
- Data entry and management of candidate details
- Using a CRM database system
- Working to targets
This is a full time role, hours of work are shifts between 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday

- Proven experience within a telephone-based role
- Ability to work to targets
- Experience dealing with customer queries
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organisational skills
- Computer literacy
- Data entry experience and use of a database
- Excellent attention to detail
- Negotiation skills
