Salary: Salary Negotiable depending on experience
Bonus: Up to 22%

Working Pattern: 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home

As the Audit & Compliance Manager, you will be customer focused whilst being objective In collaboration with multiple stakeholders, you will help with successfully delivering projects into the business.
You will have the ability be able to work independently and to communicate effectively at all levels, including board members internally and externally. You will have exposure to audits and general compliance improvement activity, in order to identify and reduce the compliance risks that TGP is exposed to.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the internal controls, compliance and Audit.
- Help provide compliance guidance and support for TGP, including working with all levels of the business to help TGP manage the compliance risks it is exposed to.
- Maintain a positive and effective close working relationship with the Compliance, Internal Control and Audit functions in London and Paris, and with all external auditors
- Ad hoc projects relating to compliance, internal control and risk.
- Management of the sales compliance activities including the development of an effective monitoring and control program
The Audit & Compliance Manager for TotalEnergies Gas & Power Ltd (TGPL) reports into the Director for Central Services and is responsible for managing the Audit & Compliance function.
This role will manage Internal controls and compliance across the business for our UK Gas and Power Business and work closely with our entities across our group.
The role is key to managing the risk of regulatory enforcement action, and the reputational damage. Ensuring a high level of internal control due to TGPL’s SOX regulated position (Sect 404). Management of a team of 3 direct reports.
