Responsibilities: As the Operations & Compliance Manager at Quick Car Finance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of our organization while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Compliance Management: Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and internal investigations to identify and address compliance gaps.
2. Operational Efficiency: Streamline operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and implement changes to optimize operational performance.
3. Policy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements. Communicate policy changes effectively to relevant stakeholders and ensure widespread adoption.
4. Training and Education: Conduct training programs to educate employees on compliance matters, operational protocols, and industry updates. Foster a culture of compliance and operational excellence throughout the organization.
5. Risk Management: Identify operational and compliance risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement controls to minimize potential risks. Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational and compliance metrics, highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and key performance indicators.
7. Provide recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.
