Job Purpose: The Compliance Quality Specialist is responsible for coordinating data integrity between Intoxalock’s database and partner Service Centers and customers. The Compliance Quality Specialists ensure processes are completed such as the completed installation processes, removal processes and vehicle switch processes. Compliance Quality Specialists are accountable for escalating concerns around client accounts or service centers. The position operates in a fast-paced, high volume, customer-oriented environment; a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail are required to meet role expectations. The Compliance Quality Specialist fulfills Intoxalock’s need to meet requirements for state reporting
Pay: $16-$18/hourly depending on experience
Desired Start Date: 8/07/2023
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Professionally handle and direct all phone interactions in a timely and courteous manner.
2. Respond to emails, chats, and texts in a timely manner in accordance with department SLAs within the CST Organization.
3. Assist with updating reports, data entry and required documentation.
4. Contact service centers accurately confirm customer appointment completion and equipment returns.
5. Escalate issues with existing processes to leadership. Be a part of the solution and engage with solution-oriented results to resolve outstanding confirmations.
6. Assist in resolving equipment issues associated with equipment assignment and removal from customer accounts affiliate with confirmed appointments.
7. Quality review of pending installations to confirm accounts are compliant with state regulations
8. Timely completion of state required paperwork and customer data necessary for installation and violation reporting
9. Installation approvals, where regulations require such
10. All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
1. High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
2. 1+ years of experience in general office administration.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work in a team environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
