We are on the lookout for a Facilities & Site Compliance Manager to join our growing team based at our site in Newton Heath, Manchester. Supporting our Heineken contract, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all site compliance including QSHE regulations and UK Legislation and budgeted financial responsibility for site facilities and maintenance.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £36,500 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Ensure safe operation of all distribution activities across the Newton Heath Depot, ensuring compliance with H&S legislation & safe systems of work
- Ensure all site KPIs and risk assessments are completed in full
- Play a vital role in shaping the culture and approach of the workforce and supporting and use of engagement tools to build a positive working environment
- Be responsible y for promoting continuous improvements to ensure productivity targets to plan, lead and control the workload of the managers and fleet to achieve shift deadlines
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Demonstrate people, motivational, communication and team skills
- A formal safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH would be preferred
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Health and Safety and associated regulations
- Past operational distribution and warehouse experience
