We are looking for an Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to multitask and have excellent communication skills. The Administrator will be responsible for managing schedules, filing paperwork, responding to emails and phone calls, and other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
