Felsted School is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to support our Development Office. The Office holds over 21,700 constituent records (as at January 2022) and it is essential that these are as complete, up to date, and easily intergrated to inform the strategy and delivery of the Office’s programme. Our data must also adhere to best practice in terms of compliance, privacy, and data protection.
The Database and Research Officer is responsible for the effective management and exploitation of data held on the school’s database, which uses the Raiser's Edge platform, as well as its further enrichment and enhancement through ongoing updates and specific research.
This role is a full time position. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, all-year round, with the occasional weekend day to support Open Days and School events. The salary for this role is £24,532.23 per annum (including the September 2023 salary increase).
