Job Purpose:
Working with the Director of service, the UKVI Compliance Manager will oversee the University¿s compliance with UKVI and the University¿s Student sponsor licence. They will monitor, review and enhance existing policies and procedures and reflect changes in UKVI legislation as appropriate. The appointed person will play a lead role in training and advising university staff on Student Sponsor requirements and in meeting the University¿s reporting duties. They will also lead a small, dedicated Immigration Compliance team.
