We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our clients successful manufacturing operation based in Ilkeston.
This is a standalone role with responsibility for processing two frequencies of payrolls, weekly & monthly for different areas within the group.
Duties will include:
- Monitoring of all clocking in times
- Recording all absences Holiday/Sickness/Special leave etc
- Processing new Starters/Leavers
- Processing of pay reviews/bonus
- Producing payslips
- Answer any queries relating to pay/Tax/Pension etc
- RTI Process
- Auto enrolment compliance and admin
- Full payroll reporting
- Holiday average pay processing
- Processing of all spreadsheets relevant to payroll
- Administration of company benefits and reporting
- Year-end process
Skills /experience required:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Self-sufficient, with the ability to work independently
- Good IT skills, including Excel
