- You will carry out simple procedural tasks to support management of external client relationships.
- You will work within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reports simple non-compliance issues.
- You will be responsible for customer closure requests and prepping payments before being sent to Outward Payments
- You will carry out High/Low risk CVP with customers as part of the Closure & Payment process
- You will be responsible for handling Foreign/GBP cheques
- You will carry out routine customer needs support tasks and assists others by following established procedures.
- You will carry out a range of prescribed customer service activities and handles non-standard or more complex customer cases and enquiries using existing procedures.
- You will create, organise, and maintain files for correspondence and records.
- You will support development of personal capabilities by pursuing existing formal and informal training opportunities.
- Accomplishes work objectives by determining own work schedule, coordinating with support services, and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary.
