BOLTON LE SANDS, CARNFORTH & SURROUNDING AREAS IMMEDIATE START
We are looking for a team of genuine, caring people to work with two very charismatic disabled young adults. Both are generally well with complex medical needs, such as autism/diabetes and full specialist training would be provided.

As part of your role, your work will be varied depending on each client that you visit as we provide a different range of services.

Responsibilities
Your role will be varied from day to day, you will be involved in all aspects of these young adult's care: personal care, medication, feeding, supporting with their extensive sporting activities and more. The gentle young ladies enjoy rock climbing, horse riding, canoeing, walks outside and exploring new environments. Each day would be different, having a wide variety of stimulating activities and adventures to provide stimulation and increase their dependency within the local community.
There will be a variety of shifts available, we will be providing 24 hour care. Typically a mixture of the following shift patterns: 8.00 AM -8.00 PM, 8.00 PM - 8.00 AM. other shift patterns may be available and all of our staff work alternate weekends.

We are looking for people who enjoy helping others and want a job with a feel-good factor. You will enjoy doing something special every day and you will have a job you can be proud of doing. Being able to drive is essential. Experience in complex care such as severe autism or complex additional needs such communication aids is required for this role.
