We are currently seeking experienced complex care assistants to support a lovely bubbly young lady in the Aldridge area of the West Midlands. We are looking for people who really do care and want to feel proud about the work they do each and every day.
All training can be provided, as long as you have the right approach. Experience of delivering care in peoples own homes is beneficial but we will provide any training you need or wish to have. Paediatric Care experience is very beneficial.
We are looking for part or full time Complex Care Assistant to work days supporting a fun and lovely young lady to be as independent as possible. Eventually this young lady will have a full time team in place supporting her every day and evening. Dunedin Complex Care also wishes to ensure the team have a healthy work/life balance - therefore rotas are prepared at least 6 weeks in advance - rolling where possible - and we would never ask you to work more than 2 weekends in a month (unless you wanted to).
We support our young client at home and in school. Start times are:
- 07:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday school days
- 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday non school days
- 08:00 - 18:00 Saturdays (alternate weekends only)
- 09:30 - 15:30 Sunday (alternate weekends only)
Our leading employment package includes:

- £14 per hour Monday to Friday, £15.00 per hour Evenings and Saturday.
