Complaints Manager
Term: up to 1.5 months
Location: Remote
Rate: up to £290 per day (inside IR35, via umbrella company)
Start date: end of August 2023
Job Description:
Expected roles and responsibilities would be:
· Reviewing clients’ complaints policy and procedures and providing recommendations, where applicable
· Reviewing current and incoming customer complaints
· Investigating the root causes of the complaints, some of which may related to suitability.
· Drafting letters back to complainants
· Collaborating with our Detriments Team to provide redress, where applicable
We are ideally looking for individuals who:
· Have previous experience in managing customer complaints and providing feedback to complainants.
· Can commit to a full-time role for the duration of approximately one month.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month
Salary: Up to £290.00 per day
