An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Complaints Investigator to join our Governance team. The successful post holder will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual, committed to the delivery of quality patient care with an ambition to ensure patients have the best experience possible when accessing our services.
The successful applicant will undertake thorough investigations into complaints made against the Surgical Division and communicate the outcome of those investigations with the relevant parties and identify lessons learnt to improve practice.
You will be required to have excellent organisational skills with the ability to investigate complaints and create responses written with empathy. Experience of working with the NHS complaints system advantageous but not essential.
