Role Summary:
You will be part of our HR team reporting to the SVP HR, working closely with different regional teams within GTT HR and our HRIS team.
Job Scope/Supervision:
Reporting to the SVP for Human Resources you will support the regional HR teams, and department leaders with compensation data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare data to support establishing best practices by ensuring fair and accurate total compensation (including regular salaries, LTI, bonuses, pensions, and any other types of employee benefits) and ensuring they comply with local legislations and pay equity.
- Determine market rates by developing and maintaining benchmarking analysis to keep track of prevailing market salaries and make sure we offer competitive compensation.
- Manage relationship with Salary Survey vendors.
- Monitor internal equity and prepare analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Support the delivery of the annual salary review process and submission of the annual salary benchmarking data.
- Maintain and enhance GTT’s career matrix.
- Support the delivery of the annual bonus calculation.
- Support with the review of new potential benefits as well as benchmarking existing arrangements.
- Model cost and impact of employee health, well-being, learning and development benefits.
- Proactively anticipate our gaps and areas for development by remaining abreast of market practices and understanding their relevance to us.
- Prepare material for Compensation Committee.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
You don’t need to have a lot of experience – if you are eager to learn and improve every day, we welcome your application. You enjoy working in a very fast-paced environment and you can balance multiple tasks. You're a good communicator, with excellent soft skills and a hands-on approach when it comes to working. Some important requirements would be:
- At least 2 years of previous experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst or similar role gained in an HR department, preferably in a multinational context and in the tech industry.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proved ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
- Strong, data, analytical and Excel skills.
- Personal integrity and ability to be trusted with confidential information.
- Knowledge of building compensation packages, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation in various countries, departments, and seniority levels.
- Experience operating employee share plans desirable but not essential.
- Attention to detail is essential. Ability to use your own initiative and work individually as well as part of a team.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
Experience with Workday advance compensation module is a plus.

- Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.
