Job description
In this role, you will perform a variety of activities to support the Regulatory Compensation agenda, including but not limited to:
- Drive opportunities for process improvement and automation in core team processes
- Data analysis and manipulation to support the Regulatory Compensation Team
- Prepare HR Regulatory Compensation reporting and disclosures
- Support the process to identify roles considered to take or oversee materials levels of risk (and support the communications process to impacted individuals)
- Maintain systems and records covering the regulated population for data integrity and accuracy
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Relevant HR/Compensation or Finance experience, with strong analytical and data/information management skills with a Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications; advanced understanding of Excel is critical.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; ability to problem solve independently, perform under pressure, and manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is ideal, but not mandatory
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Business Objects
