Our team at Crisis Guardian is growing and we’re seeking an enthusiastic part-time Company Administrator and Bookkeeper to work remotely for our resilience corporate communications company, supporting the Creative Director and project team members.
Hours:
Flexible. Part time permanent position. 8 hours p/w, subject to requirements and workload.

Requirements:
- 1 year+ administrative experience
- Strong English with excellent written ability and proof-reading skills
- Excellent Maths
Job Role:
- Handle various financial and bookkeeping duties including double-entry bookkeeping, processing invoices, purchase orders, employee expenses (including multiple currencies), submission of employee timesheets to payroll, coordinating intracompany charges, preparing VAT return and annual accounts with accountants.
- Assist with company insurances.
- Provide support with general office administration.
- Provide HR tasks and support including sickness and annual leave records, review and maintenance of policies and procedures, preparation of employee contracts with outsourced HR company, induction and offboarding processes.
- Arrange travel and create travel itineraries for team members.
- Liaise with outsourced IT support company to arrange IT support, employee onboarding, and maintain IT records.
- Maintain company governance and compliance standards.
- Manage company correspondence, bookkeeping and administration for satellite office in Chicago.
- Comply with information security and data protection regulations.
- Attend (optional) monthly away days (requiring some travel)
Key Skills:
- Proficient in Xero accounting software
- Trustworthy
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent computer literacy in Word, Excel, including basic knowledge of OneDrive and PPT. Experienced in using Teams and Zoom
