Job description

Due to increased demand and expansion, T & I Professional Services has current vacancies for Care Assistants for care in the community - people own homes to cover day shifts.

T & I Professional Services is a care at home provider in Moray and environ, we work with local authorities and private healthcare organisations. We have overall “Very Good” rating during our last inspection.

Full training will be provided. Previous experience, SVQ qualification and licence are an advantage.

Tier 2 Sponsorship is available if you are in UK and have Full UK Driving license.

This is a varied and challenging role, so we are looking for an individual who has:

- Proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.

- One years’ Experience in domiciliary care services or Care home Experience.

- The ability to build fantastic working relationships.

- Strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.

- The drive and motivation to develop our care services.

- Strong organisation and planning skills.

- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening

- Caring and compassionate attitude

- Flexible to meet the demands of the business.

- Must have driving license and access to a car.
