Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Community Support and Advice Worker, 36.25 hpw, based in London, NW11.
The salary for this permanent job is £30,521 - £31,940 p.a. pro rata
We have a unique opportunity to join our Community Support team based on qualifications and experience. This role will be based in Golders Green, with a flexible home / office hybrid working model.

The Community Support and Advice Worker will work with carers, as part of the Family Carers Team and with other individuals to support independence, promote choice and control for people facing difficulties due to ageing, caring responsibilities, illness, isolation, disability, mental health issues or changes in circumstances.
You will undertake holistic assessments, identify key areas of support for adults in the Jewish Community, responding to need and risk, working multi-disciplinary, whilst developing links with key provisions in the locality, including Social Services and community resources.
You will also be actively involved in projects to support collaboration and the development of services, resources, and activities, to enhance the varied roles Jewish Care provides.
