An exciting opportunity has arisen for 1st level registered nurses to work with the Community Nursing Service in the South Locality. Working within an experienced team, this role gives the post holder’s the opportunity to work autonomously and take responsibility for independent decision making.
You would be supporting our local initiatives to advance patient centred care within their own homes. You will be based in Crieff in the South Locality, covering community nursing duties including input into care homes within the locality; you may be requirement to work flexibly across the locality to meet service needs.
You should have a genuine interest in community working and the diversity it brings. We are looking for leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. You should be a team player with a wide range of clinical knowledge and skills and evidence of a continuous professional development.
Community experience would be an advantage.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
