What you will enjoy working on: Scaling community programs and initiatives defining KPIs and driving meaningful and measurable value to our newly onboarded EOR community Managing the day to day of our online community, including moderating posts and collaborating with various teams to partner on engagement content Developing the appropriate meet ups programs which includes events planning, logistics and content development of these events hosted in-market by our local teams Developing deep knowledge about the EOR community and becoming the go-to source for all information relating to product insights, needs and trends seen. Contributing to a global EOR story repository that align with marketing and Communications needs internally Supporting the development, execution and scaling of in market pilots to better support our community and drive CSAT Having a pulse on community sentiment and be able to organize feedback with a data-driven lens and share with internal stakeholders You will be successful if you: Have 4+ years of proven experience in community management or program management in a community or customer facing function Launched creative community initiatives independently (e.g. planning events, building online forums, launching programs, etc.) Worked closely with product teams to develop process for understanding and addressing community feedback Have a passion for community, connecting people and supporting them with high empathy and enthusiasm You are strategic in your thinking and make an impact on the field, goal driven and with an analytical mindset. You think and act like an entrepreneur.
