Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to drive player retention and acquisition
Monitor and moderate community forums, social media channels, and other player communications to ensure a positive player experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives
Analyze community feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the development team
Manage relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify the reach of our game
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our community management strategies

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in managing online communities for PC/console titles
Fluency in two or more languages, with a preference for English, and additional fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, or Japanese
Passion for PC shooter games and the gaming industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with social media management and content creation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
